About

I could tell you a load of chronological information but that wouldn’t really tell you anything much about me, or why you should be interested in this blog…so I will tell you this; I am interested in a wide variety of subjects and if honest, have problems sticking to one thing at a time with enough concentration to make it as successful as I could. So this year I have begun this blog to record and share my progress in some main areas I am interested in, so that others can learn from what I have learned and I can look back and either be happy with my progress or give myself a talking to. I believe the key to achieving your goals are forming good habits that allow you to get there little by little. Let’s see….

The main areas that the blog will deal with are connected to my change to a vegan diet last year, my decision to pick up my pencils and start art class, and re-adapting to life in England after a couple of years in Korea. In each area massive changes, realisations and adjustments have been made already, so I hope you’ll find the changes as useful or at least as entertaining as I have!

Other interests include psychology, personal development, fitness, business, decorating, so many other things could come up in time….watch this space!

PS – if you’re interested in my professional work, its best to pop over to fluidworksuk.com for more info if you haven’t seen it already! Portfolio, chronological info, CV, links, etc. Or you could always contact me directly for more tailored information.

Love Jess

PS. This is somewhat of a life anthem for me…reminds me to keep going when I feel drained, tired and confused…or as Winston Churchill puts it ‘If you’re going through hell, keep going!’. I hope you appreciate it as much as I do, and if not…just switch the sound off and appreciate Amerie’s legs!
